glassespros4 3 - Stikky Media sells nearly 200 brands of eyewear including eye glasses, sunglasses and lenses through their website. They came to Stikky Media in January 2020 with major conversion issues as they were attracting a lot of visitors but had a very low conversion rate. They also specialize in offering BOGO but were concerned about the number of customers who were failing to chose their free pair.

In order to solve these conversion issue we reviewed the sales funnel and identified several areas where leads were getting confused and abandoning their cart.

We made some recommendations to clean up the cart and checkout pages, improve the follow up email copy and improve the existing banners on the website. Work is ongoing but we’re already beginning to see progress as revenue has gone up 26%, transactions are up 56% and conversion rate is up over 100% in March vs February. We anticipate additional improvements to come as we’ve begun actively blogging, running a newsletter and have made on-page optimization improvements.
